Homemade Hummas, easier than you think

1 can of chickpeas

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

Nutri-bullet or food processor

Open the can of chickpeas, drain and reserve the liquid in a small measuring cup. Add drained chickpeas to nutribullet, add garlic, olive oil, salt and 1/2 cup liquid from chick peas.  Now blend for one minute or until smooth and creamy.  If it looks or sounds like it is not blending, add 1 tablespoon of reserved to the mixture and blend again.  Continue adding 1 tablespoon until it starts to blend with no problems.

Serve with pita chips, carrot and celery sticks, sliced radishes or smear onto pita bread with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
