10 super simple snacks for home or office... kids lunches

What do you mean no sugar? Well sometimes it happens, I make something healthy and they all love it....

Apples and peanut butter with Chia sprinkled on top.

Celery and Hummas.

Almond butter stuffed dates.

Chips and Guac (use fresh squeezed lime juice to keep from turning brown) I recently found Wholy Guacamole individual cups... I know, but I can't always be Martha.

Rice Cake with mashed Avocado and vegan chipotle mayo drizzled on top... add thin sliced radishes to kick it up a notch, I'm channeling my inner Emeril on this one.

Shredded Carrot Salad with Orange Vinegrete and almond slices  (I buy already shredded carrots for this one... sorry, not sorry)

Trail mix: almonds, cashews pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cacao nibs, chopped dates or dried cranberries or dried blueberries.

POPCORN: season with a little bit of salt and cayenne pepper

White bean dip and Tortilla Chips.  Drained white beans, 1/2 small onion diced, 1 small tomato diced, 1 garlic clove minced, Cilantro, salt, pepper... you may need a pack of gum after this one.

Veggie spring roll with peanut dipping sauce: Tender pea shoots, julienned carrots, sliced chilies, and basil stuffed into stretchy rice paper wrappers.

California Sushi roll (Ok, I cheated and bought these instead of making them....)
