Gluten Free Pie Crust Recipe

Try this simple gluten free granola pie crust recipe which uses just one easy ingredient. This makes a great crust for gluten free cheesecakes, pumpkin pie or apple or other fruit pies.​​ Pudding pies too!


What you need:

5 Lola Granola Bars (use Ruby for nut free pie crust)

How to Make It:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Process the granola bars in a blender or food processor until fine. If the mixture is too crumbly, add a bit of water, just 1/2 tsp at a time.
