GLUTEN FREE TART

Need a friendsgiving brunch idea or thanksgiving dessert?  I've got a delicious gluten free tart recipe right up your alley. Simple to make and delicious. 

Here's what you need to grab:

5 Lola Granola Bars (any flavor, but Ruby is nut free)

3 cups Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, or almond yogurt (If your yogurt is loose, strain it first) or chocolate mousse (this also makes a delicious chocolate pudding pie).

Assorted sliced or whole fruit for topping like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple rings, banana slices, and almond slices, 

Let's start by, Setting oven to 325F
Unwrap bars, place on cookie sheet, put in over for 10 minutes.

Take bars out of oven, place in tart pan, mash bar with a fork and press into a greased 10" tart pan with a removable bottom (or a pie plate). Use a measuring cup to help press the granola evenly across the pan and up the sides.

Bake for another 10 minutes or if you see it start to turn darker. Let cool. You can make the crust ahead if you want to and fill it the next morning just before serving.

Fill the tart with Greek yogurt, and smooth out evenly.
Arrange the fruit on top.

Enjoy immediately!
