Refund policy

Returns are simple and easy


Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from our online store, www.lolasnacks.com mostly unused, box and wrapper, and in the same condition that you received it, less one or two bites.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would like to know why. Please feel free to email us at orders@lolasnacks subject line: Customer Service.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, email orders@lolasnacks.com "copy of invoice" with name, we will make every effort to find your invoice and email it to you.

Shipping back your return:
To return your product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, please email orders@lolasnacks.com include your name, order date, reason for return to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization)number .  Ship your return product to: 186 Mills Road, North Salem NY 10560 and please write your RMA number on the outside packaging.  No return will be accepted without an RMA number written on the packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You may be responsible for your own shipping costs of returning your item.  Shipping cost are non refundable, if your purchase did not include free shipping, shipping cost are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
