Cool off this summer with this refreshing Frozen Treat for Breakfast or Lunch
1 cup frozen π
1 cup frozen π
1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon nut/seed butter of choice (optional)
Splash of non dairy milk
Toppings: 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1/2 banana sliced
1 Dark Chocolate and Cherry Lola Bar (cut in pieces)Β
Deats: Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high speed and mix ingredients until fully smooth (if needed add more milk until desired thickness) Transfer contents from smoothie in bowl and top with sliced bananas, Dark Chocolate and Cherry Lola Bar, and hemp seeds!
